Alhamdulillah, after serving the community for over 10 years, we have now managed to know exactly what the community needs, and we are understanding the obstructions which are holding our new generation from learning Arabic and understanding Islam properly. The Arabic curriculum which we have designed tailored for English speaks was one of our biggest improvements. Also, the use of the latest technology has allowed us to achieve the same level as state schools.

Our curriculum

Our curriculum and class hours are reduced to 4 days a week instead of 5. On Monday we teach Islamic studies, including the 5 pillars of Islam and 6 pillars of Imaan (click on this link to learn more). On Tuesday, we teach the Arabic vocabulary which is challenging for most students. Therefore, we have developed new ways to make it enjoyable for the students and help them pick up the vocabulary more easilt (click on this link for more details). On Wednesday, we teach Arabic Grammar, where everyone has a view that Arabic grammar is very difficult to understand and apply. However, we have made it so that it is a lot easier to understand the concepts and make it fun for students (click on this link to learn more). And finally on Thursday, we teach Tajweed rules and applications, which could be very difficult for most students but we have tailored it so that we can teach it using advanced technology in a much easier way so that students can understand it more easily (click on this link for more details). Meanwhile, in the first 10-15 minutes of each day, students would memorise a few ayahs from the Quran. Therefore, on Thursday they would be able to recite the Ayahs and Surahs they have memorised during the week with the Tajweed rules they learn also implemented.

The best thing about this service is that we are providing transport free of charge to all our students which has made their lives easy and for the parents. It is also beneficial for us so that students can come in on time and leave on time, without having to wait around.

Rewards for students

As a treat, every Sunday (if the weather is nice) we take them out for a game of football so that they can enjoy themselves and they are rewarded for their hard work during the week. We also do trips every now and then to different places such as The London Zoo, Gymnastic centres and other attractions in order to reward them for their efforts. All these services we provide for as little as £12.50 per week.
